We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal counsel to our rapidly growing organisation. You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, draft and review commercial contracts, joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements, provide corporate governance guidance, ensure compliance with Companies Act and SECP regulations, manage litigation and external counsel relationships, advise on employment law matters, support fundraising activities including reviewing term sheets and investment agreements, and build our internal legal function. You should be enrolled with a Pakistan Bar Council, have strong drafting skills in English, and deep knowledge of Pakistani corporate law. Experience in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel at a technology or financial services company is strongly preferred. This is a strategic role with direct access to the CEO and board.
