TRG Pakistan is looking for a Data Analyst to join our business intelligence team in Karachi. You will analyze large datasets from multiple sources, create interactive dashboards and visualizations, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your responsibilities include writing complex SQL queries, performing statistical analysis using Python or R, developing Power BI or Tableau dashboards, and communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels. You will work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and engineering to identify trends, optimize business processes, and measure key performance indicators. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of analytics experience, proficiency in SQL and Python, experience with data visualization tools, and a curious mindset.
