We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our performance marketing function and own our online revenue growth. You will develop and execute strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, manage a monthly advertising budget of PKR 5M+, optimise campaigns for ROAS and CPA, build and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, analyse marketing data using Google Analytics 4 and attribution tools, and report performance to the CMO. You will also own our marketing technology stack including HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar. Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or fintech marketing in the Pakistani market is a strong advantage. You should be a data-first marketer who is equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a creative brainstorm.
