Ufone Pakistan is seeking a Network Engineer to manage our Radio Access Network (RAN) in Lahore. You will be responsible for planning, deploying, and optimizing mobile network infrastructure including 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. Your responsibilities include conducting drive tests and network optimization, analyzing network performance data, troubleshooting network issues, implementing network upgrades, and ensuring quality of service (QoS) for customers. You will work with radio equipment from leading vendors including Ericsson, Huawei, and Nokia. This role requires strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, radio frequency (RF) principles, and network optimization techniques. The ideal candidate has 3-6 years of experience in telecom network engineering, expertise in RAN technologies, and a proactive approach to network performance improvement.
