We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our business with efficiency, accountability, and a relentless focus on process improvement. You will oversee logistics, supply chain, customer service, quality assurance, and facilities management, develop and track KPIs, identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, and support new market expansion. You will manage a team of 10–30 operations staff and report directly to the CEO. Experience with ERP systems, Lean/Six Sigma methodology, project management, and managing operations at scale is required. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic thinking with the ability to get into the details and solve problems quickly.
