TRG Pakistan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software delivery teams in Islamabad. You will manage complex, large-scale software projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities include defining project scope, creating detailed project plans, managing cross-functional teams, conducting daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also implement Agile and Scrum methodologies, remove impediments for the team, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing complex projects with international clients. You will work on cutting-edge technology projects in fintech, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of project management experience, PMP or equivalent certification, deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
