We are hiring an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales team and exceed ambitious revenue targets. You will recruit, onboard, and develop a team of 5–10 business development executives, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM, define territory strategies, coach team members on consultative selling techniques, manage enterprise deal cycles end-to-end, forecast revenue accurately to leadership, and contribute to pricing and packaging decisions. You should have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas in B2B technology or SaaS sales in Pakistan. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential. You will have the support of marketing, product, and customer success teams to help you win and retain customers. This is a high-visibility role with uncapped earning potential.
