Meezan Bank is looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Islamabad branch. You will be responsible for overall branch operations including business development, team management, customer service excellence, and achieving revenue targets. Your role includes developing and executing business strategies, managing a team of relationship managers and customer service staff, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining high operational standards. You will drive deposit growth, oversee lending activities, monitor branch profitability, and represent the bank in the local community. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep understanding of Islamic banking products, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will also mentor branch staff, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of excellence and Islamic values. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of banking experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of achieving business targets in the banking sector.
