Ufone Pakistan is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our business units in Karachi. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational success. Your responsibilities include talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, and organizational development. You will provide strategic HR guidance, support change management initiatives, and contribute to building a high-performance culture. This role requires strong HR experience, business acumen, and excellent relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate has 4-8 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate or telecom environment, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
