TRG Pakistan is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our technology roles in Karachi. You will source top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals. Your responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, managing the interview process, extending offers, and handling candidate onboarding. You will also maintain candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. This role requires experience in IT recruitment, strong networking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to identify top tech talent in a competitive market. You will work closely with engineering managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or technology sectors, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
